Stuart T. Shmookler

Gross McGinley is pleased to announce that Stuart T. Shmookler has joined the firm as a partner.  Attorney Shmookler is a third generation Allentownian and has been in practice since 1974.  He has a strong background in business and his practice is focused in the related areas of business, real estate, wills and estates.  His business clients range from small start-ups to large companies in manufacturing, distribution, construction, retail and real estate development and investment.  Mr. Shmookler is a licensed title insurance agent as well.  

Mr. Shmookler earned his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and all other Pennsylvania courts.  Mr. Shmookler is chairperson of the Unauthorized Practice Committee of the Lehigh County Bar Association and a member of its Fee Dispute Committee as well as executive vice president of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Kenneseth Israel, chairperson of the South Whitehall Township Public Safety Commission, past president of the Board of Directors of Valley Youth House and a past lecturer in Business Law at Cedar Crest College and Allentown College.  To read more about Attorney Shmookler, his practice areas and accomplishments, please click here.
