As a full-service law firm, Gross McGinley offers a dynamic workplace for legal professionals. We employ attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff with the knowledge, innovation, and passion to provide exceptional client service. We particularly seek highly-qualified individuals who excel both in team and independent environments.
A firm culture that encourages and supports interaction throughout all levels of the firm helps us to cultivate an inclusive, rewarding work environment. Our active practice groups provide opportunities for attorneys and professional staff to discuss pertinent legal issues, client service, and marketing tactics.
We value and promote the importance of a healthy workplace by investing in and providing valuable programs and opportunities for our employees. In addition to a competitive benefits package, employees can take advantage of our active Wellness Program, which offers additional wellbeing and fitness opportunities. We regularly plan and host social gatherings and events that include lots of fun, engaging activities for employees and their families.
Healthy work environments don’t just encourage and support professional growth, but personal growth as well. We support the approach to a healthy work-life balance, which alleviates stress and helps avoid workplace burnout. Taking time to enjoy family, friends, and the community results in well-rounded — and happier — employees.
A career shouldn’t remain stagnant. We provide and encourage our attorneys and staff to take advantage of professional development opportunities including continuing education courses and time to complete CLE. We also provide in-house technology and business development training sessions.
We encourage and foster a culture of mentorship via formal and informal programs that encourage our employees to seek and share career guidance and encouragement with their colleagues. Our Summer Associate Program offers first and second-year law students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by interacting with all levels of the firm on a variety of projects.
We know how important it is to serve the needs of our community. In addition to supporting many of the region’s larger nonprofit organizations, our attorneys also give back by serving on boards and providing legal guidance to local agencies and charitable organizations.
Across the firm, attorneys, and staff regularly donate our time and resources to smaller, grassroots organizations including animal sanctuaries, community centers, homeless shelters, and more through service projects and collection drives.
Gross McGinley is proud to serve the greater Lehigh Valley community and provides meaningful opportunities for our employees to engage.
Headquartered in downtown Allentown, 90 miles west of New York City and 60 miles north of Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley region’s 42 square miles offer the best of urban, suburban, and country living. Several districts constitute Allentown proper, including the Seventh Street business district and West End Theater District, which includes the Civic Theatre of Allentown, a pedestrian-only Arts Walk that leads to the Allentown Art Museum and Baum School of Art. The Hamilton Street business district houses the PPL Center, home of the Philadelphia Flyers farm team, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
An international airport, Philadelphia Phillies AAA team, the Iron Pigs, museums, science centers, theaters, and performing arts centers call this area home, too. Each season brings a variety of festivals, from Bethlehem’s Musikfest, Oktoberfest, and Celtic Classic to Easton’s Garlic Fest and Allentown’s Mayfair and the Great Allentown Fair. Explore historic sites and outdoor recreation areas and parks, too, including Bear Creek Resort, Camelback, and Blue Mountain Ski resorts.
