Jessica S. Kaczinski

Attorney Jessica Kaczinski joined Gross McGinley, LLP in August 2023. Jessica quickly became an integral part of the firm’s business services and litigation practice groups. Jessica prides herself on being advocate and providing clarity throughout the often confusing legal process. Clients benefit from Jessica’s attention to detail and ability to craft innovative solutions to complex problems.

The majority of Jessica’s practice revolves around resolving commercial disputes, whether that be prior to or through litigation. As a commercial litigator, Jessica works closely with business owners to maximize recovery and limit liability. Jessica also represents financial institutions in workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcies.

In her medical malpractice defense practice, Jessica enjoys collaborating with other teams to work through complex professional liability issues and achieve success in the form of defense verdicts. 

Following her graduation from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science in administration of justice and legal studies in 2019, Jessica went onto earn her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2023. Jessica has since continued her education and is in the process of obtaining an LLM. In taxation from Villanova University. 

A former competitive equestrian at the University of Pittsburgh, Jessica now rides for fun in her time away from the office. She also enjoys going on walks with her dog and reading as ways to unwind.
