Marc S. Fisher brings over 40 years of experience to Gross McGinley, with knowledge in family law, education law, federal criminal defense, as well as municipal and zoning law. He draws upon this extensive experience to provide exceptional legal counsel to each of his clients.

Throughout his career, Marc has served as both a School District Solicitor and Township Solicitor. He also possesses a deep understanding of Real Estate Law, leveraging that knowledge to provide comprehensive solutions for individuals and businesses alike.

Beyond his legal practice, Marc is actively involved in the Lehigh Valley community, having served on the Board of Directors of Lehigh Valley Children’s Center and as President of Temple Beth El. A former Adjunct Professor at DeSales University in the Master of Education Program, Marc is a frequent lecturer on legal topics, sharing his insights with educators, community leaders, and other professionals.
