Paul A. McGinley

Paul A. McGinley, one of the Founding Partners of Gross McGinley, counsels businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, employment law, and business and commercial law, including business succession planning and general corporate matters.

Paul has specific experience in the purchase and sale of properties, employment matters, and advertising matters, including issues relating to promotional material, intellectual property and advertisements in all media. He represents clients in the purchase and sale of their business, and in the acquisition and sale of business assets including intellectual property assets, such as trademarks, copyrights, domain names and internet properties. Paul has worked extensively in product licensing in both domestic and international matters.

Until January 2018, Paul served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of U.S. publisher Rodale Inc. He also served as co-chair of The Rodale Institute and as a board member of several local organizations including WDIY, The Velodrome Fund, and Lehigh Country Club.

In 2019, Paul achieved Lehigh Valley Business Icon Honors, recognized as an inspiration to his field, colleagues, and the community. Additionally, he was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2010.
