Ryan P. Hinsey

Ryan P. Hinsey is an attorney in Gross McGinley’s Business Services Group, offering strategic legal guidance to clients navigating the complexities of business management and ownership throughout the entire life cycle of a business. His practice encompasses business entity formation and reorganizations, business acquisitions and sales, and shareholder relations, as well as negotiating employment agreements and commercial contracts. Ryan also represents both lenders and borrowers in loan transactions and financings.

For real estate matters, Ryan provides tailored support to both businesses and private individuals by drafting and negotiating leases and easements and counseling clients on commercial property acquisitions and sales. He works closely with each client to ensure they are equipped to navigate intricate real estate dealings with confidence.

Ryan joined Gross McGinley in 2025, bringing with him a unique combination of legal expertise and financial insight gained from his prior experience as a financial analyst for one of the world’s largest investment firms. A proud resident of the Lehigh Valley, Ryan is deeply invested in the community and its continued growth.

Outside the office, Ryan combines his love for sports and business by running a volleyball club alongside his brother. His passion for teamwork is reflected in his commitment to fostering strong relationships both professionally and personally.
