Attorney Sean Duffy joined the Gross McGinley team through our long-standing Summer Associate Program in 2022. After graduating law school and passing the bar, Sean has remained a valued and integral member of the healthcare and litigation teams.
Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Sean passionately represents businesses and members of the Lehigh Valley in a variety of litigation matters. Sean credits his enthusiasm for healthcare law to his legal public health classes at Muhlenberg during his undergraduate studies.
Following his graduation from Muhlenberg College with degrees in History and Public Health in 2020, Sean attended Penn State Law, obtaining his J.D. in 2023 with concentrations in Health Law and Advocacy and Litigation. While at Penn State, Sean prided himself on representing veterans in Veteran Affairs disability claims through a free legal clinic. While volunteering at the clinic, Sean helped win several disability claims, including an appeal, primarily for Vietnam veterans suffering from the effects of Agent Orange.
Sean is eager to serve his community and clients with the utmost professionalism and respect. Sean can be found volunteering as a mock trial coach for high school students as well as reading or competing in ultimate frisbee.
