This recognition is given to young professionals under the age of forty who exhibit professional excellence and a commitment to their community. Graig and his fellow awardees were honored at a ceremony hosted by Lehigh Valley Business on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Hotel Bethlehem. The forty professionals honored represent a wide range of industries and hold leadership positions as CEOs, presidents, partners, and other executive positions. Over 200 attendees celebrated as each honoree walked the stage to accept their award.We congratulate Graig on this award and his outstanding professional achievements!Graig provides litigation support to small businesses as well as large corporations. He has worked with private, public, and non-profit corporations within manufacturing, financial, service, distribution, building, and real estate industries, as well as municipalities. Additionally, Graig routinely represents a large public utility before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and is accredited to handle claims for Veterans benefits before the Board of Veterans Appeals.Graig also supports the Medical Malpractice Defense group with patient care matters for large hospitals and health networks. He has assisted in preparing defenses of medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts. In doing so, he has represented a number of hospitals, physicians, physician practice groups, nurses, and physicians’ assistants in professional liability actions.Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Graig was an associate with The Perry Law Firm LLC, where his practice focused on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice claims. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Santone of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Honorable Glynnis D. Hill of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.In both 2014 and 2015, Graig was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list – a distinction reserved for no more than 2.5% of attorneys under 40 years of age in Pennsylvania.
