This move establishes Gross McGinley’s criminal defense practice as the largest in the Lehigh Valley, with six attorneys practicing this area of law and over 80 years of combined experience. Although his practice has had an emphasis on criminal defense matters, Philip Lauer has also successfully tried to verdict a wide variety of complex civil matters. He has conducted the defense of many high profile cases, some of which have been the subject of productions by NBC Dateline, TLC and other national media.
