Attorney Kimberly A. Spotts-Kimmel, a Partner with Gross McGinley, LLP, has been appointed to the Volunteer Board for the Lehigh Valley-Bucks Chapter of the American Red Cross. The organization provides services to individuals throughout Bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton counties that include food and shelter in emergencies, lifesaving skills training, veteran assistance, and more. As a board member, she will play a role in guiding the nonprofit’s goals and direction of funds.Kim is an experienced attorney having counseled several nonprofits on legal matters as well as served on many nonprofit boards. She largely focuses her practice on business, intellectual property, internet, and advertising law, working with companies in a variety of industries including media and publishing, technology and app developers, media production, and more. In addition to the American Red Cross Lehigh Valley-Bucks Chapter, she serves as a board member for Rodale Institute, Healing Through The Arts, and the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.
