Loren L. Speziale, Deputy Managing Partner with Gross McGinley, was recently elevated to Equity Partner status with the firm. This promotion is a true reflection of the dedication and leadership embodied by Loren as she helps lead the firm into the future.Loren has a passion for helping clients build successful businesses. She focuses her practice in the areas of business, real estate, and employment matters including workplace issues, policies and procedures, contracts, business structure, sales and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. She also works with financial institutions on commercial loan transactions and assists private equity firms with the acquisition and handling of distressed loans. Loren is an active leader in the business community, serving as President for Women’s Resources of Monroe County Board of Directors and as a member of the board for the Rodale Institute. She is a board member for the Chamber’s Small Business Council as well as the Easton Area Chamber of Commerce. She also currently serves as Chairperson of the City of Bethlehem Human Relations Commission. Loren has received numerous recognitions including Lehigh Valley Business’s Women of Influence, an award recognizing local women leaders who are successful in their professional careers and who make a significant positive impact in the community. She is a native of Monroe County and earned her B.S. from Penn State in 1997 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002.
