Drawing upon his 40 years of practicing law across a multitude of sectors, Marc S. Fisher specializes in Education and Municipal Law. He has gained a reputation as a brilliant strategist and trusted advisor to each of his clients. Fisher continues to leverage his comprehensive knowledge of zoning and real estate regulations to best advise individuals, townships and businesses alike. He earned his law degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Jeffrey S. Fleischaker arrives with a diverse legal background spanning more than 25 years that has benefited clients across the country, including in Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. With an impressive track record of navigating complex laws and regulations that affect the operations, strategies, and long-term goals of municipalities and businesses, his practice is focused on Litigation, Zoning, Municipal, Land Use, and Real Estate Law. He received his law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. With a distinguished 30-year career advising notable Lehigh Valley businesses, Andrew D. Hoffman is proud to join Gross McGinley’s Business Services Practice Group. Through his thoughtful, creative, and measured approach to challenges facing multifaceted business transactions and intricate real estate development matters, he has earned a reputation for guiding his clients to highly successful outcomes. He earned his law degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. A respected and well-known industry leader of 35 years, Eric R. Strauss concentrates his practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Known for shaping influential pieces of legislation involving Trust and Estate Law, Strauss is relentless in his unwavering commitment to serve his clients’ goals, including related real estate and business succession matters. He obtained his law degree from the Western New England University School of Law.
