Nicholas Nanovic was appointed by the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) to serve as the Coordinator of the Lehigh and Northampton County Wills for Heroes Program. Nick is a long-standing volunteer with the program that offers free basic estate planning documents to first responders and military veterans.Co-sponsored by the PBA’s Young Lawyers Division, Wills for Heroes provides police, fire, emergency medical personnel, other first responders and military veterans with the tools they need to prepare for the future. County events are scheduled throughout the year, staffed by volunteer attorneys and held at local meeting halls, fire stations, and bar associations.As Chair of Gross McGinley’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates Group, this leadership opportunity is a perfect fit for Nick. He has over ten years of experience advising individuals and business owners on their estate planning and tax needs. He has attained the designation of an Accredited Estate Planner®, awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. Nick partners with his clients, designing comprehensive and customized estate plans for individuals and business owners as well as navigating complex tax matters. He earned is LL.M. in Taxation (2008) and his J.D. (2007) from University of Miami School of Law. Nick attended the University of Notre Dame, earning his B.B.A. in 2004. A devoted alumnus, he serves as President of the Notre Dame Club of the Lehigh Valley.
