As the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Rodale Inc., he led several major, international deals. Through Paul’s exposure as primary legal counsel, Gross McGinley became a business services competitor to Philadelphia and New York.In addition, Paul’s Rodale experience helped establish Gross McGinley as a leader in intellectual property and advertising law, with extensive domestic and international product licensing work. He and his team gained knowledge in niche practice areas – internet and privacy law, as well as sweepstakes and promotions.Today, Paul continues to counsel businesses and individuals in a variety of matters.
