Jack Gross Speaks to Muhlenberg College on Copyright and Fair Use in Higher Education

On January 11th, Jack Gross presented “Nuts and Bolts of Copyright: Fair Use in the Classroom and in Course Management Systems” to a room full of Muhlenberg College faculty and staff. The presentation review copyright basics and the rights of a copyright owner. Jack provided case examples applicable to the audience on copyright and Fair Use issues. He offered classroom guidelines for reproducing materials for educational purposes and he reviewed Muhlenberg’s copyright policy.

Attorney Jack Gross regularly assists business clients with privacy, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright, and trademark matters. He also teaches as an adjunct instructor in the Communications Department at Muhlenberg College.
