Attorney Kimberly Spotts-Kimmel recently moderated a technology panel discussion at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Business Innovation Reboot Camp on November 18th. Hosted by the Chamber’s Small Business and Young Professionals Councils at Allentown Brew Works, the event featured networking with tech industry exhibitors as well as presentations by the Business Innovation Award Finalists.The panel discussion focused on how technology can be used to grow and sustain small business. As a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, Kim is well-versed in legal matters relating to business technology, internet law, and mobile activity. Kim was asked to moderated a group of panelists from a diverse background including Karen Campbell of Strix Insights Consulting, LLC, Aaron Fisher of SWAT Environment of PA, and Neal Hobert of Trifecta Technologies, Inc. Topics for discussion including technology disruption and becoming an early mover, adapting efficiencies, understanding customers and responding appropriately, and using technology to enable solutions to problems.At the end of the event, the winner of the Business Innovation Award was announced.
